Do credits expire?
Not right away. If you don't use a credit this month, it stays in your account for up to 3 months, so you can stack them for a big release week. After 3 months unused credits expire.
Can I download and use covers for my release?
Yes. Every download comes with a non-exclusive license for your release, including streaming, merch and socials. Licensing page has the full details.
What's the difference with grafiksbox.com?
Grafiksbox (DFY) is edits, motion covers, lyric videos and custom — done by humans. Grafiks+ (DIY) is the templates, tutorials and resources behind those. You can use both.
How do the Shopify discounts work?
Active subscribers get an automatic discount on every service at grafiksbox.com, stacked on top of any sale. 10% Starter, 15% Artist, 25% Pro.
Is it safe to use AI-generated covers?
Our AI prompts are a starting point, not the full cover. The delivered files are human-designed templates that you adapt — no licensing grey-zone.
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes. From your account settings. You keep access until the end of the paid period, and any credits you didn't use remain valid for up to 3 months — even if you cancel.
