1. Acceptance of the Terms
By registering, subscribing, downloading, or otherwise using Grafiks+ you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
You represent that you are at least 16 years old and have legal capacity to enter into this agreement.
2. Your account
You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate and current information when creating and maintaining the account. One person — one account.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that show signs of fraud, sharing, abuse, or violation of these Terms, as described below.
3. The subscription
Grafiks+ is a paid monthly or annual subscription offering access to a library of cover art templates, resources and tutorials. Plans, prices and credits allocated are listed on the pricing page. Prices are shown in USD, EUR or GBP based on your region — applicable taxes are added at checkout.
Subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled from your account settings before renewal. You can cancel at any time.
4. Credits
Each plan includes a monthly credit allocation. One download of a cover, beatpack or library pack consumes one credit. Credits are topped up on each renewal.
Unused credits remain valid for up to 3 months from issue. After that window they expire automatically. Credits are not transferable and have no cash value.
If you cancel your subscription, any credits already issued remain usable until their expiry date or until the paid period ends — whichever is later.
5. License to download
When you spend a credit to download a cover, you are granted a perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use that cover as follows:
- On music releases (Spotify, Apple Music, YouTube, Bandcamp, etc.)
- On associated social media content
- On merchandise that accompanies the release (t-shirts, posters, etc.)
- In music videos and promotional content for the release
The license does not authorize you to:
- Resell the cover as a template or as part of a stock library
- Claim authorship of the artwork
- Use the cover in any manner defamatory, discriminatory, or illegal
- Register the cover as a trademark

6. Prohibited use
You agree not to:
- Share your account credentials with anyone else
- Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract content from the platform
- Reverse-engineer, decompile or otherwise attempt to extract the source code of the service
- Use bots or automated tools to download content at scale
- Upload malware or attempt to breach our security
- Misrepresent your identity or use the service for fraud
Violations may lead to immediate suspension, termination and legal action to recover damages.
7. Refunds
Because Grafiks+ is a digital service providing immediate access to downloadable content, and in accordance with Article 103(m) of the Spanish General Consumer Law (Ley General para la Defensa de los Consumidores y Usuarios), the right of withdrawal does not apply once the service begins and/or the first downloadable content has been obtained. You expressly consent to the immediate performance of the service when subscribing.
As an exception, we offer a goodwill refund within 14 days of the first charge only if no credits have been used. Refund requests are evaluated on a case-by-case basis and should be sent to team@grafiksbox.com.
Involuntary charges (duplicate billing, technical errors) are always refunded in full.
8. Termination
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. You will continue to have access until the end of the current billing period.
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without notice or refund, if you breach these Terms, use the service in a fraudulent manner, or fail to pay amounts due.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SOV GLOBAL VENTURES SL shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, goodwill, data or other intangible losses, arising from the use or inability to use the service.
Our aggregate liability for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability that cannot be limited or excluded under Spanish consumer law.
10. Changes to the service and Terms
We may update the service, plans, features and these Terms over time. Material changes will be announced via email or an in-app notice with at least 15 days' notice. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
11. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by Spanish law. Disputes will be submitted to the Tribunales de Alicante (España), except where consumer regulations grant the user the right to bring action in the courts of their place of residence.
